CppCode.online provides AI-powered tools for C++ development, including:

  • SLM Ensemble: Specialized language models for C++ code
  • FAISS Extended: Enhanced vector search capabilities
  • MLGraph: Distributed vector database

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business or organization to use our Services.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Trial Terms

  • Trial access is limited to 14 days from activation
  • Trial is for evaluation purposes only
  • Corporate email is required for registration
  • One trial per organization

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our models or algorithms
  • Share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the Services
  • Use the Services to develop competing products
  • Submit malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our Services, including models, algorithms, and documentation, remains our property.

You retain all rights to your code and data submitted to our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Service Availability

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI-GENERATED CODE WILL BE FREE OF BUGS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WEB WISE HOUSE LTD from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
